Boot camp and beyond

I’m a 30-something optimizer and geek with a lot of interests. Once upon a time I did a Master’s degree in England and blogged about it here. Now I’m living in sin (or, as he refers to it, squatting) with my terrific fiance Mounir in Vancouver, BC, and am attempting to offset the effect on my metabolism of sitting at a desk all day. It’s more about being able to climb and dance better than it is about how much I weigh, but I do care about being able to wear my skinny jeans and, more importantly, the suit I had made in Singapore in 2004.
